Versatile actress who is passionate about drama as well as comedy.

Estela Perdomo was born in the Canary Islands, Spain.  Her first experience on stage was when she was 8 years old and surprised everyone present with her interpretations of Tina Turner and Edith Piaf.  That was the starting point, a moment of glory that would mark her life.

And so the story goes.  She studied theatre during her school years at Arrecife School under the guidance of Salvador Leal, Canarian actor and  Losotroh Company Theatre Director.  After school, she went to Madrid, the great Capital city, to continue her career where she studied acting in the Juan Carlos Corazza Studio for Actors and Jorge Eines School.  Estela also conducted acting workshops with Bruce Myers and John Wright. Nowadays she continues training on the Suzuki and the Viewpoint methods, that are the philosophy and technique of SITI Company.

In a field as complicated as this, Estela Perdomo has never given up.  In fact, she has continually widened her repertoire which also includes music in all of its facets.  She studied singing with Lidia Garcia and Beatriz Arenas and has sung soprano in choirs and musical theatres.

As a multifaceted actress who enjoys working in both comedy and drama, she loves to experiment in different theatrical styles.  She has acted in classics such as 'La Celestina,' street performances in Retiro Park or Manuel Francisco Reina's project 'Olimpo looking for a new boy',  Antonio Cantos' cabaret show 'Where are the men?' & street theatre like 'Round Betrothal' by Adrian Morini.

Estela was delighted by the unending flow of laughter from an audience who identified with her character in the comedy 'No es tan fácil' ('It's not so easy') by Paco Mir.

In 'Clara Victoria,' directed by Fernando Becerra, she challenged herself to interpret a character as relevant to spanish history as is Clara Campoamor.  Thanks to her success, she performed this role on tour in theatres throughout Spain.

Estela considers herself a stage actress but is not immune to the great attraction of the big screen, the cinema, where it's necessary to have a new language through which to transmit the key element; thrill the public.

In search of new stories and with great determination to perform, this actress from the Canary Islands is prepared for the next call to stage.
